Nursery Update

As promised (yes I know, a LONG TIME AGO), here are a few pics of Parker's nursery! Sorry it took so long...who knew the first month of a babies life would completely consume your ever waking moment? I am just now finding the time (and energy) to finish it up! We are still not done... we need to hang some art and put some finishing touches on the room. Hopefully we will be done SOON! I am proud to say just about everything in here is a Craigslist or discount find... we spent less than $700 on the whole room (which isn't bad considering we got 2 dressers, a chair, crib, end table, window treatments and accessories)! I think I am most excited about the down filled rocking/gliding chair! It was originally $1300 from Layla Grace and we got it for $150 on Craigslist (and it is pretty much brand new)! Score! I am pretty sure this is the nicest chair I will ever own. :)

Jerod thought it was only appropriate that Parker was actually in a picture! Ha!

We will post the final pictures once we hang the art/pictures! Hopefully I will get the frames painted tonight so we can hang them tomorrow. :)
