Busy Weekend!

We had a pretty busy weekend getting ready for Baby! We FINALLY got our maternity pictures taken on Saturday. We almost didn't get them done because I am so big at this point that I don't think I will want to remember it, ha! I figured I better be safe than sorry though, so we went ahead and had them made. I will definitely have them taken alot earlier next time! As soon as the pictures area available, I will post a few.

After the pictures, we ran errands trying to finish buying all the things that we will need for Baby. We decided that is pretty much impossible considering we don't know what half the stuff at Babies R Us is or does! Luckily we have recieved great advice from several friends so hopefully we haave most of what we will need.

We also spent all weekend researching cameras. We plan on buying a "good camera" with our Christmas money, but there are so many options! Luckily our friend Chris is an awesome photographer so we are relying on his advice. I think we have decided on the Nikon D40. It takes good pictures but is still easy enough for us novices to use! Jerod's Dad has the same camera so we borrowed it to play with, and we really like it. Now I just need a class on how to use the thing!

We went to the doctor today and we decided to wait one more week for Baby to come on his own! If he is not here by the begining of next week, they are planning on inducing Tuesday! Yay, one more week (at the latest) and Baby will be here!
